If the RFId Scanner is showing a QR code on the screen. This means the RFId Scanner, currently isn't connecting to the internet.
Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
- Check if this is the only RFId Scanner affected in the Park?
- Check the RFId Scanner is connected to the internet.
- Check the RFId Scanner is connected to the power source and is powered on.
- Check the RFId Scanner is connected to the correct network.
